You can buy your tickets at the hotel reception during opening hours (9:00-17:00). The staff of the hotel will be happy to provide information and sell you tickets for Ticino Fun games. You will see on the ticket how you can book your appointment online. You don't have to bother with the payment separately, the bill of Hotel La Campagnola SA (via Campagnola 12, 6575 Vairano, Switzerland, CHE-431.930.569) will include the price of the tickets like any other charges.
TICKETS FOR EXTERNAL GUESTS
For players who are not guests of the hotel, we provide onsite payment by cash. In this case, you pay directly to the service provider AR Decking (Europe) GmbH (Altackerstrasse 14, 5707 Seengen, Switzerland, CHE‐328.023.788). Important information
- The ticket prices are always per person except Offroad Park.
- Please note all games are subject to prior reservation and availability. You can arrange booking after your purchase.
- Please arrive in time in order to play the game (in case of a delay of more than 15 minutes, the game will fail).
Cancellation
You can change your appointment at any time in the online system 1 hour before the start of the game. Purchased tickets will be redeemed at any time before the start of the game.
Covid information
No game master is involved. To avoid COVID infections, all elements of the games are always disinfected after each game.
Terms of use
By purchasing tickets to Ticino Fun games, you accept that security cameras can be placed at the games.
